All of our leads our handmade in the U.S.A. by K-9 Academy's owner, Tony Mercuri. K-9 Academy leads utilize the finest latigo leather from American ranchers in order to create the strongest dog and horse leads available. 

All leads are crafted from a single piece of leather rather than a separately stitched handle like most manufacturers. Our leashes are hand cut, skived, twisted, finished with a double needle saddle stitch and branded with a batch number.
